We did our eclipse viewing during morning chores today. Alex, Zach and I took turn with the REAL eclipse glasses and watched the sun get eaten, bit by bit. That was pretty neat and at the height of our eclipse (probably about 90%?) Aya started demanding supper (she bellows until we come bring her in) and I took some photos of the evergreen needle patterns on Alamet’s coat. The branches worked sort of as pin hole cameras and I got some (bad) cellphone photos of little eclipses all over her.
Unfortunately, my camera really didn’t pick up the nifty little eclipses all over her. I’ll try to zoom in a bit.
I took another one on her other side.
