Open Stall(s)

We have a (fairly) rare occurrence;  an open stall and run, maybe even two!  Lucinda and Apollo have moved Yelm (and we’ll miss both of them) in February, so this leaves an open stall with a nice run open for someone else.  We also had one horse move to paddock board, so there are (possibly) 2 stalls and runs open.  We shall see.  We also foal out mares – have been breeding and foaling since 1995, lots of experience.  If you are interested in this, email me and we can chat, two of last year’s foals will be leaving soon, so we’d love the pitter patter of little hooves.

Small, family run, friendly barn (only 5 boarders), no drama.  Lighted, covered arena with rubber/sand footing, drained gravel runs on 10 x 12 matted stalls.  Round pen. Trailer parking. Turnout daily into paddocks with sheds. 3 feeds a day, nice Eastern WA grass hay and local hay, some alfalfa for those oldsters.  Several different types of grain, you provide supplements.  We’ve been doing this for 26 years now and have a long list of satisfied boarders and horses.  Limited trails off the property, many riding areas within 30 minutes of the barn (by trailer).  We have lots of fun here and the horses are happy too.  $500 a month.Our arena after our 2013 Christmas party.
